Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
- Exclusively for customers who have successfully purchased and registered a DEEPAL vehicle from DPL Premium Automobiles Pte. Ltd.
- Valid only for new referrals submitted from 1 Nov 2025 onwards.
Referral Requirements
- The referee must not be an existing DEEPAL owner, nor have purchased, booked, or be in active discussions with DPL Premium Automobiles regarding a DEEPAL vehicle at the time of referral submission.
- Rewards are applicable only if the referral form is submitted before the referee’s vehicle purchase is completed.
Rewards Issuance
- Rewards are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
- Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programmes.
- Referrer’s reward will be issued only after the referee has completed registration and successfully received vehicle delivery.
- Referee’s reward will be issued upon completed registration and successful vehicle delivery.
- The referrer and referee will be notified of successful referrals through their assigned Sales Representative.
- All charging credits and their usage are subject to Charge+’s prevailing terms and conditions, including but not limited to validity, redemption rules, and platform policies.
- DEEPAL Singapore shall not be held liable for any changes, limitations, or restrictions imposed by Charge+ or any third-party provider.
General
- Employees of Premium Automobiles Group and their immediate families are not eligible.
- DEEPAL Singapore reserves the right to substitute rewards with items of similar value, amend the terms and conditions, or cancel the programme without prior notice.
